| Warminster Shopmobility is a registered
charity that provides manual and powered wheelchairs and
scooters to enable people with temporary or permanent
walking difficulties to get about.
Shopmobility unlocks many barriers faced by people
with disabilities and provides confidence and assistance.
Despite all these positive aspects of the scheme, permanent
member numbers remain low.
Paul Sample Corporate Communications Ltd was asked
to investigate the reasons for the projects performance
and to evaluate how to provide a better service to potential
users.
